The 45^th ANPAD Annual Meeting (EnANPAD 2021) innovates by offering, for the first time, professional development workshops (PDWs) preceding the main event. The PDWs will take place from September 29 to October 1.

The workshops will discuss several cross-cutting topics of interest for the Brazilian management academia, such as the job market prospects in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic (and post-pandemic) for recently graduated PhD students. Other issues under debate will be the methodological frontiers of research in administration and accounting and other general themes concerning research and graduate activities.

Another innovation of the 45^th EnANPAD is the conduction of the 19^th Doctoral Consortium as part of the PDWs on October 1. The consortium will be coordinated by Professors Josiane Oliveira (PPA/UEM) and Marcelo Pagliarussi (PPGCC/FEA-RP/USP).
