Awards
The best paper from each academic division will be awarded, totaling eleven (11) awards.
The best paper among those awarded will receive the Clovis L. Machado-da-Silva Award for the best paper of the event. This award is kindly sponsored by Emerald Publishing, which offers the winner a prize of USD1,500.
Extra awards suggested by each academic division will be presented at the meeting of academic divisions and interest groups.
The 45th EnANPAD introduces a new award for the theme INEQUALITY & DIVERSITY: REFLECTING ON INCLUSIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND SOCIETIES
The prize sponsored by República.org – a philanthropic organization dedicated to improving people management in the civil service in Brazil – will be awarded to the article that contributes the most to society within the scope of the event’s main theme. The article’s authors will receive the amount of BRL 8,000, subject to the levying, deduction, and withholding of taxes, pursuant to the legislation in force, on the date of payment.
This new prize reinforces ANPAD’s role as a catalyst of diversity and inclusion strategies. We hope that actions such as this will encourage new research with a high impact on society.
